What fabric do you use? Is it safe for kids?
We use kid-friendly, breathable cotton-rich fabrics, free from harsh
chemicals, azo dyes, and heavy metals. TotoTerraa garments are gentle on the
skin and made for everyday comfort.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We don’t offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition. Learn more on our Exchange Policy.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Oh no! Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at care@tototerraa.com with photos. We’ll
make it right—either through a replacement or refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days and typically
delivered in 7–10 business days
across India. You'll receive tracking info via email or SMS once your order is
dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,499. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I care for my TotoTerraa clothes?
Most of our clothes are machine washable in cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Specific care instructions are listed on every product page and tag.
