Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging. We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. 3. Avoid using the clothes dryer whenever possible. We recommend air drying — hang it up or lay it flat. This way, our clothes keep their shape and softness for longer
