Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging. We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. 2. Stick to mild, phosphate-free detergent — it's gentler on the fabric (and better for the planet too!).
3. Avoid using the clothes dryer whenever possible. We recommend air drying — hang it up or lay it flat. This way, our clothes keep their shape and softness for longer
4. Oh, and no dry cleaning — let’s keep things easy.
